1. Digital Services Overview

Stockara provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed for business management. Our core features include:

• Cloud-based inventory and product tracking.
• Point-of-Sale (POS) transaction processing.
• Service and repair job record management.
• Staff performance and activity monitoring.

2. User Registration & Security

To use Stockara, you must create a business account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials.
• Immediately notify us of any security breaches or unauthorized access.
• Accept responsibility for all actions performed under your account.

3. Billing & Subscriptions

All financial transactions are handled securely through our payment partner, Paystack.

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly cycle.
• Yearly plans include a 2-month free incentive (12 months for the price of 10).
• Failed payments may result in temporary account suspension until the balance is cleared.
• Fees are non-refundable except where explicitly required by law.

4. Data Ownership & Usage

You own your business data. Stockara acts as a processor to store and manage this data for you. We will never sell your business data or use it for any purpose outside of providing the service.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use Stockara to store or transmit illegal content, perform fraudulent transactions, or attempt to compromise the integrity of our servers. Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination.

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime. However, Stockara is provided "as is" and "as available". We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance to improve system performance.
